For our first project using Animate we where tasked wih creating a stick man walking on a road giving the effect of continuous walking not walking on the spot. First we had to create the body of the stickman and give him bones using the bone tool this was done so we could freely move each limb to make it easier to animate after constructing the body we began animating which once done I came across the problem of him jumping each time it looped to solve this i simply had to correct some placements making the start the same as the end to stop the bounce each time it looped. lastly was adding in the ground which was overall simple we just had to get the shape tool create a long rectangle for the ground and add mounds or lumps onto ground using the circle shape the next problem arrised when i hand to make the ground move alongside the stickman to give the effect of continuous movement again this time around the ground would jump each time the loop reset and i couldnt simply make the st...

Unity First person camera and character

Before I started my unity project, I first set up my relevant files such as textures, scripts and materials then got started ,but before laying the foundation for my level I first had to set up a character place holder and a first person camera for it so that I could walk around and test it from time to time. To do this I had to go into prefabs and find controller then character controller, this bought out two result which where the first and third person controller in which I dragged out onto the screen, afterwards a camera would appear if I then started the game preview i could walk around but have no body which is not what we want, so I went back and added a capsule shape as a placeholder for a character body then moved the first person controller to where the head would be on the capsule, I then tested it but found it still did not work I could move away but as soon as I turned around I could see the capsule and what we wanted was for the capsule to follow the camera as it was ...
